We regularly update the website to ensure the products listed are available and all product information is true and correct. Returns Policy

If you are not completely happy with your product(s) from Bruxy, you have 14 days to exchange from the date your order was received.

 

All return orders require a Return Authorisation for Bruxy form completed for each item. Your return will not be processed without this form being submitted.

 

We will happily return/exchange your items, provided they meet our terms and conditions as outlined below.

 

Conditions of Return

• Good(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt

• Goods must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

• Please retain proof of postage (receipt) until refund is processed.

• Good(s) must have no marks, makeup or smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other products.

• Returns on customised uniforms with personalised embroidery or printing will not be accepted.

 

Bruxy will refund you for your order by the same payment method as your original purchase was made and you will need to place a new order via our online store for the goods you would like instead.

 

Return postage cost will be at your expense, unless items received are faulty or not as ordered. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact admin@uniform.com.au. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us.  We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number.

 

Privacy Policy

When you purchase something with Bruxy, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, email and address, in order to give you the best service. With your consent, this information is held in order to provide ongoing service and to set you up with a Bruxy online account.

 

We also use this information to keep you informed of new products and promotions. If you would like to opt out of being notified of relevant products and promotions, simply contact us at admin@uniform.com.au.

 

We respect your privacy, therefore we will never disclose your personal information to any third party, unless we are required to do so by law, or with your consent.

 

Payment

You can pay your Bruxy invoices by direct bank transfer or using any major credit card. Bruxy does not store any of your credit card details.
